Motorik Serve Up an Acid History Lesson on this Exclusive Mix

Get primed for crate digging at this weekend's Listen Out with the Sydney party-makers.

Ahead of their appearance on the Red Bull Music Academy-presented Crate Diggers stage at tomorrow's Listen Out, Sydney party makers and techno pushers Motorik have put together an exclusive mix for THUMP simply titled A History Of Acid.

The mix traverses (you guessed it) Acid both new and old, providing a brief overview of the sound made possible by one of the biggest commercial flops Roland ever produced, the Roland TB-303. If you're needing a squelchy, informative Grade 1 lesson in Acid House then this one's for you. It's got the pioneers, some classics and new school heavyweights all blended in a non typical (for acid) seamless fashion.
