Funky Man Under Bridge Lives it Up in Mouse on Mars' New Video

The video is released as part of '21,' a double disc retrospective on the band's output featuring collaborations with everyone from Modeselektor to Machinedrum.

Mouse on Mars turn 21 today, so what better way to celebrate than hang out with the funky man who lives under the bridge? We find such a fellow hangin' out and enjoying the German duo's smooth vibes as he sings along with lots of enthusiasm but only a loose grasp of key and tone.

Eventually, our new friend's daytime fantasy lapses into delusions as he's rooftop with a shirtless model. Then he snaps back to reality and begins walking back to his day job. We've all done it before, it's just nice to know that we're not the only ones.

The duo of Jan st. Werner and Andi Toma have spent decades crafting a reputation for always moving forward in electronic stylings, and thing laid-back, almost easy-listening tune is a playful departure, presumably before they go back to gettin' the kind of weird that we've come to know and love.
