Mysterious Russian Collective Is Spreading Cool Videos

While crawling through the abyss of the internet in search of some kind of new visual awesomeness, we encountered a cluster of strangely fascinating videos. We loved them so much that we started hunting for info, and tried to gather any material on the makers behind these highly sophisticated and entrancing visual journeys.

Yet our search brought back next to nothing. All we could gather was a name, or maybe even just the initials, of the collective behind the videos: unc. We admit this uncovering is all very blurry and vague (and the video sharing platform doesn't really help to identify the people behind the account), but one thing's for certain—these animators are more paranoid than they are egocentric.

From what little we found, they're Russian, they love intelligent dance music and electronica, and they’ve mastered a couple of graphic tools, such as graphic programming software VVVV, which they use with such class that they may as well have created it.

Wandering into various aesthetic fields and using different animation techniques, unc remains an enigma that brings us into abstract, frenzied and uncanny worlds.
