On Friday, President Donald Trump is scheduled to give his first press conference since his inauguration, alongside British prime minister Theresa May, Politico reports.

Besides discussing the US's "special relationship" with Britain, Trump will likely face questions about the implications of the many executive orders he signed this week. Among them are those that could allow for the construction of the Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines, cut funding to "sanctuary cities," begin building a border wall between the US and Mexico, and start an Obamacare repeal. His administration also placed a press gag order and grant freeze on the EPA this week, and reportedly fired high-ranking members of the State Department.

Additionally, some reporters might have a few things to ask regarding White House chief strategist Steve Bannon's reported tirade about the media that he told to the New York Times. On Thursday, the Times reported that Bannon called the entire news media the "opposition party," saying it "should be embarrassed and humiliated and keep its mouth shut and just listen for awhile."

May, who is also a conservative, will probably be confronted from members of the British press—who apparently had some trouble getting into the White House Friday morning—about her meeting with Trump and the country's Brexit plans.
