Ronaldo Silences the Haters With Four Absolute Screamers

What level is he on?!

Cristiano Ronaldo sees all you haters out there, and has something to say to you: shut up, and sit the fuck down.

It was already a fairly hate-filled week for Ronaldo to begin with: after Real Madrid fell 1-0 to crosstown rivals Atletico Madrid last Saturday, Ronaldo made exactly no friends with his comment that his teammates were not at his level. He later corrected himself by saying, "When I said that I meant the physical level, not the game. I am not better than any of my teammates," as if that was any better. (He apparently was referring to injuries, but come on, dude.)

So it came as little surprise that Ronaldo's home turf Bernabeu greeted him at today's match against Celta de Vigo with a chorus of boos and whistles—to which Ronaldo responded with four golazos to shut them all up. And what a set of screamers to fill the silence.

And as if that first goal didn't sear a large enough hole in the net, here's the second laser of the bunch, a phenomenally precise free kick that lights up the corner, leaving the keeper at a standstill.

GOOOOOOAL!
AGAIN! @Cristiano with a MISSILE. This time from a freekick. 3-0 @realmadriden. #LaLiga https://t.co/XhsQ0v2s9l

And this next one wasn't exactly a screamer, per se, but he put Ronaldo put that screaming baby right back in his belly. (I've been watching the sport for decades and still don't really get the point of the pregnant man celebration.)

GOOOOOAL!
HAT TRICK TIME FOR @Cristiano. 4-1 @realmadriden. #LaLiga https://t.co/gfxggNeFZc

And, just in case you thought Ronaldo was all foot of fancy, the man shows tremendous prowess in the air as well. Look at him direct a bullet into the back of the net with absolute conviction.

GOOOOOOAL!
How about a fourth for @Cristiano. This time with his head. What a game. 5-1 @realmadriden. #LaLiga https://t.co/0PY1rIs6U4

The match ended 7-1 in Real Madrid's favor, and it leaves you asking yourself just what Ronaldo's level is—and whether anybody, not to mention his teammates, can get to it.
