This week, porn star and sex worker Ashley Youdan filed a lawsuit against German violin star David Garrett, alleging that during their tumultuous two-year relationship the violin impresario broke her ribs, cheated on her with escorts, and forced her to drink a glass of his urine. The complaint also alleges that he trolled for sex slaves on Craigslist and indulged in hard drugs.

Garnett, whose real name is David Christian Bongartz, has denied all of Youdan's claims.

In his native Germany, Bongartz, is the equivalent of American saxophonist Kenny G—he plays arenas and holds a firm place in German pop culture. Meanwhile, Youdan holds her own place as a popular porn star. She performs under the name Kendall Karson and has earned over a million views on Pornhub. Although their accounts of their relationships differ, both Youdan and Bongartz describe once being in love with each other.

According to the complaint, the couple's relationship started in the summer of 2014 in New York, when Youdan claims Bongartz hired her for "sexual services." After their first tryst, Youdan and Bongartz spent several days together.

Midway through the couple's rendezvous, the complaint alleges, Bongartz proposed to Youdan. She accepted, and then he introduced her to his family. He begged her to move in with him, so she flew back to California to collect her belongings, and within two weeks they moved in together.

A few months later, after joining him on tour, Youdan alleges that Bongratz posted a Craigslist ad "for a sex slave" that he hoped to keep in a cage. Though he allegedly waited outside for his slave, she never showed. Per the complaint, Youdan claims she was alarmed and scared by Bongartz's behavior, but "hoped it was an isolated incident."

A a few weeks later, Youdan claims, Bongratz attacked her while the couple was having sex on his kitchen counter after one of his concerts. Youdan alleges that Bongratz held her down during sex while he peed in a glass then he demanded that she swallow the glass' contents. When she refused, Youdan claims, that he forced the urine into her mouth by down pressing on her throat. Youndan charges that Bongratz then threw the remaining urine at her face and in between her legs. Youdan further claims that Bongratz then proceeded to have sex with her, despite her protests. Following the alleged assault, Youdan claims that she had stomach pains and went to seek medical attention twice, wherein she was diagnosed with a kidney infection and kidney stones, which the complaint states is likely related to the urine incident.

"She looks forward to her day in court to get justice for all the wrongs David Garrett inflicted on her during their relationship," says Youdan's representative, Vic Cipolla. "David Garrett is a sociopathic monster who is as talented a liar as he is a violinist. We have an extensive amount of evidence, from audio and video recordings to text messages, backing up all the claims in the lawsuit. The world will now see David Garrett for the woman-hating savage he truly is."

In the fall of 2015, Youdan's complaint claims, she discovered Bongartz's relationships with several women who worked in pornography and as escorts. She says she wanted to dump Bongartz, but that she feared living without his money or quality of life. On or around October 24 of 2015, the complaint alleges that Bongartz came home high on cocaine and forced Youdan to have sex so rough it resulted in a broken rib, as a medical scan would later reveal.

On October 26, Youdan claims she had a conference call with employees at Universal Music Group, Bongartz's label, to ask for their advice. She alleges they told her to delete all social media posts tying her to Bongartz and asked her to sign an NDA. (Universal Music Group did not return Broadly's request for comment.) She agreed to delete posts.

The next day, Bongartz offered her $300,000 and professed his intentions to marry her. A week later, he asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement. She refused. In December, Bongartz alleges that Youdan asked him for a wedding ring. He gave it to her. A month later, after the holidays, the complaint says he returned home enraged because she had posted photos of the ring on the Internet. She allegedly locked herself in the bathroom and claims he broke in and forced her to delete the photos. Youdan claims she threatened to call the cops but that Bongratz broke her phone.

On Valentine's Day of 2016, Youdan claims she dumped Bongartz. In his interview with Die Welt, Bongartz denies this. "You cannot negotiate with terrorists. I never reckoned with this escalation," he says. "I was the one who finished with her."

Youdan claims to have audio records of both Bongartz and her conversing with employees at his record label. The complaint states that she has pictures of bruises he inflicted on her. Bongartz denies that he caused the bruises and accuses Youdan of creating them herself.

Youdan is seeking $12 million in damages.

Update: Following publication, Bongartz's manager, Tobias Weigold-Wimmer, emailed Broadly this statement: "The accusations of Ms. Youdan are made-up and obviously and clearly an attempt of blackmail by Ms. Youdan. David Garrett is going to take a stand against the unjustified accusations by means of legal action. He commented on this matter in an interview of the newspaper Welt, to which we refer to."
