Oh, it's the international break, friends, and it couldn't get anymore glorious than friendly France vs. Netherlands right now. Despite the Francs clocking in a full 10 places below the Netherlands in the (albeit flawed) FIFA rankings, France has strung together a pretty pair of golazos to put them ahead of the Oranje with a daunting 2-0 lead.

First we have a free kick that rides the fine line along the goal's left wall. Like it needed to go home, and Atletico Madrid's own Antoine Griezmann just needed to book it a ticket on his funny-hands-celebration airline to get it there:

Then, with the second goal (top) we have Olivier Giroud putting away a handsome, handsome—very well coiffed—goal with an extremely difficult touch, converting a ball that rolled over his shoulder, perpetuating its forward arc into a forward spike. (If only he could achieve such miracles with Arsenal.)

Gosh, it's fun to hear the words "quel boot" said so many times. Let's hold on and see if France bury this game dead with a few more "quel boot"s.
