Ho boy! Last night, Iceland beat England, 2-1. I watched with a close English friend, and, for a second there toward the end, I thought he might actually die right there on my couch. Iceland played their typically organized game, while England put in one of the most toothless displays I can remember.

Arrogance certainly played its part:
