Report: Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Sign with Manchester United

Sky Sports is reporting Zlatan to Manchester United on a one-year deal.

Now that Jose Mourinho is leading the way at Old Trafford, it appears he is bringing the one and only Zlatan, building on the relationship they've had since their days together at Inter Milan. According to Sky Sports, Zlatan will sign a one-year deal with Manchester United and it could be done before Sweden's first-round game against Ireland in Euro 2016.

Talks between United and Ibrahimovic's agent Mino Raiola gathered pace following Mourinho's arrival at Old Trafford, and Sky sources subsequently reported last week that they were only Premier League club Ibrahimovic was considering.
It is understood the 6ft 5in, Malmo-born Swede wants to add the Premier League to his array of titles that includes the Spanish La Liga, Italian Serie A, French Ligue 1 and Dutch Eredivisie.

It's all based on anonymous sources, but Sky also had anonymous sources announcing Mourinho to Manchester United, so they might be onto something here. When we last heard from Zlatan, he was talking about how much he enjoyed reading all the gossip and rumors swirling about his destination.

"When I'm tired of it I will let you know where I will go," he said during a press conference on Wednesday. It looks like Zlatan is finally tired enough to fill us all in. Maybe he will get a non-electric candelabra of precious metal with Jose Mourinho's name or likeness on it as a signing bonus?
