Good morning, America. It's February 23, 2016. Welcome to the VICE Sports World News Roundup. Be sure to stop every morning for more headlines from around the world.

Bloomberg has an interesting story on CONCACAF's current legal and financial situation. Guess what? It's not good! Also, former CONCACAF president Jeff Webb apparently hired a team of PIs who "attempted to snoop on the head of U.S. soccer, Sunil Gulati." The plot thickens.

Tonight in the Champions League, Juventus hosts Bayern and Arsenal hosts Barcelona. The games kick off at the same time. Why UEFA doesn't stagger them, I will never understand.

Apparently Luis Suarez forgot his passport for the team's flight to London. Some Barca lackey was sent back for it and Suarez didn't miss the flight. It's a little embarrassing, though.

Tim Howard's days in Europe look numbered. He's reportedly in talks with MLS, and he "wants a four-year deal worth more than £14 million" according to The Sun. Soccer! It's good work, if you can get it.
