Former Oklahoma and Dallas Cowboys Coach Barry Switzer Visits Donald Trump, for Some Reason

Switzer said he visited Trump Tower to interview for "Secretary of Offense." Grooooooaaaaaaaaaaan.

For reasons known only to Time's "Person of the Year," Barry Switzer, the three-time national-championship-winning skipper of the Oklahoma Sooners, was invited to meet with President-elect Donald Trump at Trump Tower on Wednesday. The ol' son-of-a-bootlegger joked with reporters that he was there to "interview for Secretary of Offense."

At least we think Switzer was joking. Does Donald Trump know he can't make up cabinet positions? Does he know that if he puts the emphasis on the second syllable of "offense," he's got the position covered himself? And furthermore, wouldn't Switzer be more suited for Secretary of Winning?

Coach Switzer continued, "Donald plans on running with the ball, and I know a lot about rushing the football."
