Rance Loftsgard has set out to open a chain of international bakeries in impoverished areas that would spur economic growth by providing culinary training, business education, and employment opportunities to underprivileged residents. The bread would be sold to local stores and restaurants for purchase, and as the bakeries' work spreads, the flour continues to pay it forward by donating one loaf to a family suffering from hunger for every purchase.
