President Donald Trump said the United States may have "no choice but to totally destroy North Korea," if it is forced defend itself or its allies, in a speech to the United Nations General Assembly Tuesday, leaving the audience of delegates whispering in shock."The United States is ready, willing, and able," Trump said, speaking of acting on North Korea's burgeoning nuclear threats. "But hopefully, this will not be necessary. That's what the United Nations is for."
