67 Rate Their Fans and Aren’t Afraid to Show It

They hosted a fan phone-in on Radar Radio yesterday, before launching into a freestyle.

67 are probably the most exciting crew in UK rap right now. Fresh from featuring in Noisey's Don't Call It Road Rap documentary, their next musical project, the upcoming The Glorious Twelfth EP, drops on Friday. To celebrate, LD, Monkey, Liquez, ASAP, and DJ Bempah showed up for a phone-in and mass freestyle on London's Radar Radio on Monday.

One fan called into the phone-in all the way from Wales (have you ever heard a Welsh person say "wagwan," btw? It is A Lot and you have now) and had a special request for LD: "I follow you on Snapchat mate, can you follow me back?" LD, of course, was kind enough to oblige, but had slightly less to say when Chelsea from Streatham rang up to ask who gets the most girls on tour – nobody would own up, so that particular honour was pushed onto the shoulders of tour manager JD who is "lookin' like Craig David in the flesh." Congratulations, JD.

This was ahead of a group freestyle which saw that even though 67 can laugh and joke, there's a reason why they're some of the most dextrous MCs in the UK right now. As always, it's cool to see them bringing laid-back flow to an icy, synthy beat, and you can watch the full video above. Because we're generous like that you can also watch 67 in Don't Call It Road Rap below:
