SNL's Vanessa Bayer to Sara Bareilles: "Let's Talk About Your Juvenile Music More"

Above Average returns and takes on that "Brave" woman.

Above Average's Sound Advice returns today, and this time around host Janessa Slater (played by SNL's Vanessa Bayer) really wants to challenge Sarah Bareilles to live up to her claims of being "brave." She pushes her to think of her music as something that doesn't soundtrack your trips to buying vanilla lattes at Starbucks. Sara eventually cracks, tossing a bunch of swear word-laced insults at Slater. She loves it, but then she asks Sara if they can get back to her "juvenile music."

Sound Advice was co-created by Vanessa Bayer and her brother (and Noisey contributor) Jonah Bayer. In previous weeks, they've ridiculed Travie McCoy, suggested Drake try a J-date service, and teach HAIM to write new lyrics. Watch more episodes below.
