In Mumbai, India, the question Ronaldo or Messi? turned deadly, when a Messi fan slit a Ronaldo fan's throat.

I don't know how you might have missed this, but Conor McGregor is not indestructible. Nate Diaz chocked him out over the weekend at UFC 196. McGregor was pretty emotional about it. Miesha Tate also defeated Holly Holm.

FIFA will move forward with trials of new video replay technology.

The World of Soccer featured some big matches this weekend. Arsenal played Tottenham in what was billed the most important North London derby of all time. They tied 2-2. Bayern played Dortmund, which ended 0-0, although Dortmund maybe should have won. Manchester United lost to West Brom, 1-0 (lol). Finally, Leicester beat Watford and are now five points clear.

Manchester City destroyed Aston Villa this weekend, 4-0. Here's a video in which City fans call for a pigeon on the field to be signed by Villa.

A big scandal is brewing in track and field, this one involving Nike and Kenya. Did Nike bribe Kenyan officials?

MLS started and rookie NYCFC manager Patrick Vieira got things started with a win. He will still have to figure out what to do with Andrea Pirlo, who, despite his good hair, remains incredibly slow.
