Watch Federal Judges Decide the Fate of Trump's Travel Ban

On Monday, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear arguments against Trump’s executive order, which arguably violates the Constitutional rights of Muslims.

President Donald Trump's travel ban heads back to court on Monday for its second round in front of the liberal-leaning 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

The three-justice panel will hear opposing arguments from the Department of Justice, seeking to lift the nationwide block on Trump's second executive order for national security purposes, and the state of Hawaii, which argued the policy likely violated the Constitutional rights of Muslims. The 9th Circuit already declined to reinstate Trump's original attempt to limit travel to the US from several Muslim-majority countries in February, which lead the president to drop a second, revised version. But a federal court blocked that one too, largely based on previous statements Trump and his administration have made about banning Muslims.
