Marco Belinelli's Terrible Defense Prompts Laughter from Hornets Owner Michael Jordan

As a player, Michael Jordan was famously brutal, even to teammates, in his quest for basketball dominance. As Charlotte Hornets owner, all MJ can do is laugh.

Playing basketball for the Charlotte Hornets under the ownership of Michael Jordan must be something of a mixed bag.

On one hand, you get a chance to hang out on occasion with Michael Fucking Jordan, the best to ever play the game. On the other hand, MJ is not exactly known for his empathy. He was famously brutal to opponents, and even to his own teammates, in his relentless quest for on-court dominance.

It can't come as a surprise, then, that Jordan was spotted laughing hysterically at one of his own players, Marco Belinelli, for some ghastly defense late in the Hornets' Monday night loss to the Memphis Grizzlies. Belinelli provides no resistance whatsoever against Tony Allen, long derided for his own deficiencies on the offensive end. This clearly tickled the boss, who was a pretty damn good defender in his day, making the NBA All-Defensive team nine times and winning the Defensive Player of the Year award in 1988.

Could the soon-to-be 54-year-old Jordan have defended that possession better than Belinelli? I'm sure he thinks so.
