Fan Hits Jerry Jones With a Cowboys Helmet Either For an Autograph, Or Just Because

It was... well, I'm not going to say funny, because violence and injuries are bad, so I guess I won't say anything?

Today, a fan threw a helmet at supervillain and Cowboys owner Jerry Jones from high up in the stands, and it was… well, I'm not going to say funny, because violence and injuries are bad, so I guess I won't say anything?

Anyway, it's pretty clear that whoever was throwing their Cowboys helmet—despite them being at San Francisco's Levi's Stadium—was a Dallas fan likely trying to get an autograph, but it's a distinct possibility that a 9ers fan might have bought the helmet just to smack the abjectly evil curmudgeon. (Though Cowboys fans already have enough incentive to do it on their own.)

It's maybe unfair to say that Jerry Jones—who leaves his hometown a $444 million bill for his stadium, who all but said his players had to stand for the national anthem, and who trumpets out sexist and domestic violence-blind quotes on the regulars—deserves to be hit on the head. But on a list of people who shouldn't be hit in the head with a helmet? He hits rock bottom.
