A protected witness in the trial of Spanish porn producer Torbe has implicated David de Gea and Iker Muniain in a case of forced prostitution, according to reports in Spain.

Torbe, otherwise known as Ignacio Allende Fernández, was arrested last April on charges of human trafficking for sexual exploitation, sexual assault, pimping, child pornography, extortion and money laundering. As the trial is ongoing, new details involving the Spanish national team members have emerged..

In a witness statement submitted to the court, a woman has stated that she, along with several other women, were hired by Torbe in 2012 to entertain two Spanish U21 players at a five-star hotel in Madrid. Once there, they were reportedly forced to have sex with the players, and subjected to physical abuse.

Though they were promised payment, Torbe allegedly pocketed the money for himself. The players were then said to have threatened the women with further violence, should any details of the incident come to light.

The witness positively identified one of the players as Iker Muniain, though she did not recognise the other. The meeting was allegedly set up by Torbe and David de Gea.

Spanish football outlet Sport have reported on communications of a sexual nature exchanged between Torbe, De Gea and Muniain in 2011 and 2012. They have also reported that De Gea organised the meeting at the hotel.

According to El Diario, the protected witness contacted De Gea via WhatsApp to try to get him to identify the second footballer. He told her that it was another Athletic Bilbao player, but declined to give any more information.

De Gea then allegedly claimed to be interested in her services, and asked if she would meet with five Manchester United players, including himself. There is no evidence that they went through with this meeting, only that it was discussed.

Update: The Sun initially reported that De Gea had been sent home from France, but have now amended that claim. De Gea is now set to address the allegations in a press conference to be held this evening.
