The Ghostly and Intimate World of Claire Milbrath

Montreal based artist Claire Milbrath has been snapping pics since she was 12 years old. Like most people, Claire likes taking photos of friends and places she visits. Unlike most people however, the photos seem to always come out like stills from an imaginary movie, something with the title “Treasures From a Soft World”, “Sweet Dreams”, or “Things a Girl Saw.”  There’s something cute, eerie and intimate about this series and we’re really into it.
