- Start by preparing your fresh strawberry puree. Remove stems from strawberries, chop in half, and combine in a blender with the sugar and 2 ounces|57 ml water. Blend until smooth. This will make enough puree for multiple cocktails.
- Rub 1 lime wedge around the rim of a martini glass. Dip the rim of the glass in sugar and set aside.
- Muddle the remaining lime, lemon, and simple syrup in a shaker. Add the vodka, Cointreau, ¾ ounce|21 ml of the fresh strawberry puree, and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into prepared glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
