A Chat with Eliot Lipp Backstage at Hulaween 2013

It's 2014, and the festie-hopping jamband-loving masses have long since hopped the heavy bass bullet train to Traptown. Dudes like Elliot Lipp over here are playing both side of the field, though, performing live sets that combine breakneck drumming and synth virtuoso with the build-ups and drops of your favorite rave anthems. We caught up with backstage him at Hulaween 2013 in Live Oak, Florida just a wee bit east of Tallahassee, where he was keeping the low end levels high, flanked by some of the world's most far-out purveyors of jamtronica—STS9, Big Gigantic, Emancipator, and more.
