We resurrected the drink that New York shut down and made it taste even better.

Prep time: 2 hours

1.75 ounces El Dorado 3 year rum
.75 ounces mezcal
1.75 ounces date simple syrup
2.75 ounces buttermilk
4 dashes angostura bitters
.75 ounces Ayinger Bräu Weisse
.75 ounces water


1. Combine all ingredients into a slushy machine and pour when chilled. Feel free to mix with different food dyes to make it look festive. Stick in the freezer until you're ready to serve it.

2. Garnish with a chocolate covered banana slice.
