2 ounces pisco
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce pineapple syrup
lemon wheels, to garnish
lime wheels, to garnish
orange wheels, to garnish
flamed caramelized pineapple pieces, to garnish


Combine the pisco, lemon juice, and pineapple syrup over ice and stir to combine. This cocktail makes 1, but to serve a large crowd, just multiply it by however maybe people you plan on serving. Serve over ice in a goblet glass and garnish with lemon, lime, and orange wheels and flamed caramelized pineapple.
