That's where Bitten, the brand-new food conference comes in, a program that's bringing innovators who are disrupting the food space together to discuss everything you ever wanted to know about trends, startups, technological innovations, and contemporary pop culture through a culinary lens. There's a lot of ground to cover, and a ton of great speakers, which include the likes of the Immaculate founders, the lovely folks behind Gather Magazine, and Eric Demby of Smorgasburg. This all takes place in one space at the Scholastic Auditorium in New York City on Friday, February 6.
