Ingredients
1/2 ounce simple syrup
5 mint sprigs
2 1/2 ounces bourbon
Directions
1. Muddle the simple syrup and 4 mint sprigs in a julep cup. Add the bourbon and crushed ice and stir well to combine. Fill with more crushed ice and garnish with remaining mint sprig.
