Hey you, reading this: you're just rolling out of bed, aren't you? We get it—you partied a little too hard last night and hangovers are just a little more devastating in the winter. Your head's pounding and your stomach's growling, but it's too cold outside to venture out for brunch, and delivery wait times are too long because nobody else wants to go outside either.

Fear not. We have the answer. Actually, Jamie Bissonnette of Toro has the answer, and he's letting us share it with you. You almost definitely have all of the ingredients in your kitchen already, which means your hangover will be well on its way to cured in five minutes.

RECIPE: Scrambled Eggs and Chips

Just scramble some eggs, and throw in some potato chips—because they're greasy and crunchy, and because if there's any acceptable time to eat chips for breakfast as an adult, it's while you have a crippling hangover. Then add some ripped up pieces of toasted bread and douse the whole thing in hot sauce.

Truth: even if you're moving extra slow this morning, this whole thing takes only five minutes from the moment you stop reading this to the moment you start eating. Then you can crawl back into bed and spend the rest of the day watching Netflix.
