1 ounce Kis Samphire Vodka
1 ounce Kis Wild Gin
1 dash Lillet Blanc
a few fresh Samphire sprigs
2 green olives (optional)
- Rinse the martini glass with the Lillet, then place glass in freezer for 3–5 minutes.
- In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients. Shake till well-chilled.
- Remove martini glass from freezer. Strain contents of the shaker into the cocktail glass, and garnish with Samphire and/or olives.
Tip: If you like it spicy, try mixing together one teaspoon each of sweet paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt, then rub the rim of the glass with a slice of lemon and dip in the seasoning to create a rim.
