Oy vey, another Munchies! For this episode, we head down to the Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn to the Mile End Delicatessen to sample their interpretation of Montreal-style Jewish deli cuisine. Owners Noah Bernamoff and Rae Cohen, business partner Max Levine, chef Sam Fillaramo, and the generalissimo of their commisary, Michael Stokes, go to the LES for a tour of New York’s great Jewish food institutions. The first stop is Russ & Daughters for caviar, eggs, and a little herring. Then it’s off to Sammy’s Roumanian Steak House for dancing and gorging and a massive amount of vodka shots.
