It’s all going Fei-Fei in L.A at the moment. The genre-hopping, diminutive troublemaker continues to defy convention by following up releases on Symbols, Toolroom, and Firepower with the track “Little White Lies,” rumored to be from an upcoming album on her Feided label.
The tune is a post-trap space jam that highlights her versatility, and although people may be surprised by the direction, it’s no big thing to her: “I get a lot of people in the industry telling me to stick with one genre so it’s easier to sell,” she tells THUMP. “But I don’t care what people think. I like to do what I like to do. I’ll always make what I’m feeling.” Check out the tune below. She’s feeling it, we’re feeling it. Everybody’s got the feels.

The track release comes hand in hand with the announcement of the Feided monthly at The Lash in Downtown Los Angeles. “I love The Lash! It’s a super dope spot,” Fei Fei tells THUMP. “Small, intimate, vibey. Less Hollywood, more underground. Plus, it’s DTLA and I can walk home after I drink 4578987345 shots of tequila.”
