Exclusive: Watch New Video From Ragga Twins, “Deadly Zone”

This is one for the old school heads.

2014 sees the return of Ragga Twins, who have been kind enough to give us an exclusive premiere of the video to their storming new track “Deadly Zone”; a brooding, menacing tribute to their hometown streets of Hackney, produced by Ogre and co-written by Ragga Twins. As the duo rattle through their classic jungle MC stylings, the weighted history of their youth in Hackney – from the horrors of daily police bruality, to the joys of community spirit – Ragga Twins walk a steady line between classic jungle, and the future of this ever-evolving sound.

With a four track EP coming this month on label Boom Ting, and a new album promised for later in the year, it’s a welcome return from the London duo.
