PREMIERE: BODY – “Dingo”

Picking up the pieces of MeinKleinDeutsche, minus the synths and electronic beats, Stockholm-based BODY is a new old band keeping the best parts of MKD: the noise. Added on top is Mia Johansson’s vocals, who we usually recognise as Mary Christ. Other members are Mikey Korsgren, Patrik Boman, Martin Stenberg, and Charlotta Paulin – who supposedly joined the band after attending their first ever gig.

“Dingo” is released as part of a two-piece EP on PNKSLM, and by far this month’s most exciting release hailing from Stockholm. I’ve been listening to “Dingo” on repeat for I don’t know how long now, and let’s just say it’s giving me the shivers.
