It’s been a week since terror attacks were carried out in Paris, but almost immediately, people from around the world united in mourning and solidarity.
Captured just a day before the attacks, Bristol-based film production company Box 35‘s City of Lights is thus a tribute and time capsule. The 40-second video shows a calm and peaceful city with footage from some of its more iconic sites and landmarks, including the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. It’s the Paris full of culture and movement that we know—the one we’ll stand with forever. Je suis Paris.

Over the past few days Paris and other parts of the world have suffered terrible attacks. Whilst we were lucky to have left the day before, sadly others weren’t. In appreciation of Paris as a city and the people who live there we’ve decided to release a separate Paris time-lapse video. #prayforparis
