1 ½ ounces|40 ml Hine H Cognac
1 ½ ounces|40 ml Quinta do Noval Black port
¼ ounce|7 ml simple syrup
1 large egg
freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish

Dry shake, then shake with ice and fine-strain into a chilled highball. Garnish with nutmeg.
