2 cucumbers, peeled, deseeded, and sliced
kosher salt, as needed
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons sesame seeds, divided
2 tablespoons white Balsamic vinegar
Directions
1.To make the cucumber salad, add sliced cucumbers to a sieve. Sprinkle with salt and leave for at least 10 minutes to remove excess moisture, then transfer to a bowl.
2. Add olive oil, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, and white balsamic vinegar to the bowl and toss to incorporate.
