Melbourne Label Soothsayer Cajole Summer with This “Coming In To Bloom” Mix

Want to know the greatest thing about the summer months? We’ll tell you: it’s being in an open air venue, shuffling your feet around to classic and fruity DJ set, with a giant—preferably alcoholic—drink in your hand. That’s it. That’s the answer. And if you think there’s something better than that then we’ve got some bad news for you: you’re wrong.

Luckily for everyone, a lot of people have cottoned onto this. Some of those people are Melbourne-based label Soothsayer, and their friends at MoVement. Together, they’re throwing a series of monthly, day-into-night parties in Melbourne from November through to February, called “Coming In To Bloom.”

You’ll have four Saturdays at Section 8 to see a selection of Australia’s most enduring, and most promising acts, including CC:Disco, Noise In My Head, Jennifer Loveless, Total Giovanni DJs, Otologic and more. And all for free!

In anticipation, we had Soothsayer put together a mix. So mix yourself a drink, put your feet up, press play and imagine your future self one month from now, feeling extremely good.
