Terry Richardson’s Mom and Dad in New York

Over the past few weeks we’ve featured some selected photos from Terry Richardson’s new book, MOM & DAD. The images make us envious of Terry’s childhood. We’re not mad at our parents, just disappointed. We don’t understand why they couldn’t have been more like Terry’s. His mother lives in California, was a Copacabana dancer, and one of Jimi Hendrix’s lovers, and his father, who recently passed away, was a fashion photographer.

To celebrate the book’s release and the fact that Terry’s parents are the Best Mom and Dad of Ever, Half gallery will be hanging some photos from the book in their Lower East Side space. Here are a few pictures to drench your whistle:

The opening reception is tonight from 6 – 8 PM, and the after party is at Westway with DJs Harley and Cassie, Roctakon, Mace, and Venus-X.
