Ingredients
3 makrut lime leaves, plus more for garnish
3 dashes angostura bitters
2 dashes chocolate bitters
1 dash orange bitters
1 bar spoon full superfine sugar
1.2 ounce Mekhong rum
orange peel, for garnish
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime leaves with the bitters, sugar, and rum. Add ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with an orange peel and more kaffir lime leaves.
