Paramedic Derek Smith testified Wednesday that none of three officers informed him that George Floyd wasn’t breathing and had no pulse.
“You’ll see and hear officer Chauvin call all of the shots,” one of the former officer’s attorneys said during opening statements.
“There is absolutely nothing about the subject of religion, race, or ethnicity that’s involved in this case,” the judge said.
