Ingredients
2 sprigs mint
1 ½ ounces bourbon
1 ½ ounces lemon juice
1 ½ ounces simple syrup
Directions
1. Rub 1 sprig of mint inside a collins glass, then discard the mint.
2. Combine the bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and 1 1/2 ounces of water in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into prepared glass filled with ice. Garnish with remaining mint sprig.
