Aston Villa Equalize On Sliding Header

Ciaran Clark hit the equalizer for Aston Villa just four minutes after Leicester took the lead at Villa Park. Ashley Westwood had a free kick from about 35 yards out and curled a beautiful lofted ball just outside the six-yard box. Clark was able to slip through the shoddy Leicester marking and hit a wonderful header into the top corner of the goal as he was sliding to the ground. It was Clark’s first goal in two years and the sides are tied at 1-1 at the half.
