I remember hearing Los Angeles duo Poolside’s disco-tastic “Do You Believe” last year and you know, it was great – like yacht rock without the yacht or teh rock – dinghy disco, maybe?

Anyway, all of a sudden they’re back and ready to release their debut album Pacific Standard Time (THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP YOU GUYS, jeez) on July 9th and opening single “Slow Down” is just as you’d expect. Even the video features them giving it the big one by a pool; so yeah, no shocks, but it’s pretty good.
