VICE News continues its coverage of the protests against Nicolas Maduro’s government taking place in Caracas, Venezuela’s capital. Our correspondent Alex Miller visited a construction site near Altamira Square, where protesters were scavenging materials to use as weapons and to build barricades. As the crisis unfolds, the tactics employed by the protesters have evolved, and it seems that they will stop at nothing until they see a change in their government.
