Dear Vice – Killer Typhoon

Dear Vice,
I was in Western PA for Memorial Day and they were handing these out at a firework stand when you bought more than ten bucks worth of stuff. It was a nice reminder that for most of the country, the world news is nothing more than another source for rocket names and t-shirt ideas.
