Moltissimo: Mario Cooks for Wes Avila and Nicholas Morgenstern

In the third episode of MOLTISSIMO, Mario Batali goes bicoastal as he hosts Nicholas Morgenstern of New York and Wes Avila of Los Angeles in the MUNCHIES Test Kitchen for a quintessential Italian meal.

On the menu is coietti (a.k.a. veal braciole), a special dish passed down through generations of the Batali family, and a gigantic bowl of trenette Genovese with hand-ground pesto. The boys finish off the meal with Morgenstern’s twist on the rocky road ice cream sandwich.
