If you enjoy electronic pop and sophisticated synth lines then we’ve got great news for you. Tashka is back with an expertly crafted four minutes of bliss. Earlier in the year we were introduced to the Sydney artist via “Gold” – an R&B jam produced in collaboration with Loudun – and “Taken” picks up exactly where that dropped. Soaring vocals, subtle production, and melodies that linger in the imagination like a daydream. And it’s loosely inspired by the Liam Neeson films of the same name. What’s not to like?
Taken is the first single from Tashka’s upcoming Deals EP. Keep up to date with Tashka here.
