Ingredients
3/4 ounces black treacle rum
1/4 ounces absinthe
1/2 ounces sugar syrup
1/2 ounces lemon
1 egg white
whole nutmeg
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a Boston glass, dry shake (without ice), then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a rocks or martini glass and grate nutmeg over the foam.
