James Powderly is unusual in the world of graffiti writing because he trained as an aerospace engineer, working with NASA to put robotic space rovers on Mars. But interplanetary space exploration wasn’t enough, (it never is), and James set about bringing graffiti writing into the digital age. The Creators Project caught up with him to find out why this had lead him to a Chinese jail.
