Here’s the premiere of ”Still learning” by the alternative rock/folk/garage/soul band Leanids. Despite the name of the song, it seems like Leanids don’t have that much to “learn” as they’re delivering sweet analouge sounds from the Swedish countryside.
Residing in the Swedish town of Västerås, these four friends have been creating music for a few years. Earlier this year they self-released their debut album A Wildly, which was the result of a series of sessions in a room.

If you listen closely, you can hear the analogue feel that comes from the band recording their tunes directly on tape. It would probably be just as good if they recorded their tunes in the pretty old fashioned way of digital, but I guess nowadays the act of recording on tape says a lot more than it sounds.
